To the right, the kitchen (18 m²) was recently reequipped with taste and quality. It communicates to the outside and its dining area is shaded in front of the pool. Very practical, it also connects directly to the laundry room (10 m²) and the garage (19 m²).

To the left, a door leads to two bedrooms (11.8 m² & 13.3 m²) with views of the Pyrenees, another bedroom (9.4 m²) that is currently used as a study, a toilet and a shower-room (10 m²) with 2 washbasins and a walk-in shower.

Returning to the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine (15.8 m²). The exposed posts, braces and rafters make this space peaceful.

The first door hides a large storage space (20 m²) under the sloping ceiling.

Located 15 minutes from Saint-Gaudens and less than an hour south-west of Toulouse; 2 hr from the Atlantic Ocean; 2 hr 30 min from the Mediterrranean Sea; less than an hour from the closest ski slopes and from Spain. Situated between the countryside and the mountains, this house will please families looking for space, tranquility and clean air.
